 The invite option makes no sense in this context, because the person is
 already a participant of the activity.

 The ideal solution here is to implement "invite to..." with a secondary
 menu which lists all of one's ''other'' open activities, so that it would
 be possible to invite someone in a chat to a painting you're working on,
 etc.

 We should also add "Chat" as a first order option in this menu.
