 The XOs in the frame should have a secondary palette with options similar
 to those in the Neighborhood.  As a first pass, it seems we would want:

  - Make Friend (Remove friend)
  - Chat

 Obviously "invite" doesn't make sense here.  The others are important
 though - in particular "make friend" - since this prevents having to scan
 around the mesh for the individual you may have just met through the
 context of a shared activity.
