 For sharing public entries and for restoring individual entries from the
 school server backup, we need for the journal to recreate the downloaded
 entry into the datastore.

 One way of sending the entry would be to bundle the metadata plus the data
 file in a zip file. Another possibility is, when transferring over http,
 to send the file data as the http document and the metadata in a http
 header.

 The journal should have a way to check that the metadata received has been
 actually generated by the school server and not by another third party.
