 When I try to go to that URL, I get "login required" even though I have
 created an account (user ID ssb22) and requested access.  Can someone
 please either give me access or copy the relevant information to here (or
 mail me or whatever)?

 NB this machine is due to be sent back for failure analysis anyway due to
 #3954 and #3948.  I wonder if it's worth including this ticket (#3902) in
 that as well?
