 When testing #4342 (loading a video); the video didn't complete loading. I
 went into the journal and saw the journal entry with the progress bar that
 confirms it never completed loading.

 If you try to click on this journal item, nothing happens; you can't
 delete it even though there is a nice little 'X' off to the right (which
 must have been made exactly for this purpose).

 We need the X on the right to delete the broken item.
