 The server is purchased and will be set up by one of our folks going to
 CSMC. We are pursuing a fallback option in parallel of posting mfg info
 directly upstream to Cambridge, and have requested the source code to
 Quanta's mfg info submitter program to verify it can handle error
 conditions correctly.
