 Is allowing users to kill an activity which is starting a good idea? We
 don't know what the activity is doing, if it's writing on disk or what.
 Activities takes a *lot* by default to start up so user could do that
 pretty often.

 (After a certain timeout we should certainly have a stop and at some point
 just kill the icon automatically)
