 I'm not sure how this ties into the security model, but hyperlinks are
 just part of the computing experience, especially on a laptop with such a
 model of connectedness.  Chat is one place I think we should support this.

 There is a cursor in the theme (left_arrow_link ?) which can be used when
 hovering over a link to indicate that clicking it will take one to the
 browser.  We can use just an underline for now, since color could be
 tricky.
