 This is low hanging fruit for 1.0, I think.  It's slightly annoying to
 have to share or invite someone every time you start a chat...it's
 backwards.

 Every XO on the mesh should have a Chat option, which will automatically
 launch a chat instance and invite that person to join it.  Adding this to
 the menu is a Sugar issue, but I expect that the Chat activity may need to
 handle the case where the activity has participants (or at least invited
 ones) when started, to prevent displaying the "Share or invite someone"
 message.

 Adding this option would make basic communication much more natural.
