 When we <embed> the totem player, we need to know what to add to the
 height to cover the height of the controller that appears beneath.  For
 quicktime, this magic number is 16.  We need the magic number for the XO,
 which is essentially the icon height plus any padding.

 If we get this magic number wrong, the video scales, which makes it
 fuzzier.  Hadess assures me the aspect ratio is preserved, but it's still
 bad for video tutorials that show screen text.

 I've added a special parameter to make the background around the
 controller red.  I've also made the height delta a too-large 25 pixels.
 If someone could do a screen grab on this and measure the height of that
 play/pause button, that might do it, but marco tells me it'll probably
 change anyway.

 Anyway, this magic delta is an important number for people embedding video
 in web pages for the XO.
