 The Sugar cursor theme now has several cursors specifically defined for
 painting tools, which the Paint activity should use where available.
 Specifically:

  - pencil
  - brush
  - eraser
  - paint-bucket
  - color-picker

 #4315 covers what to do with the custom tool cursors (for shapes, mostly)
 which aren't in the theme.
