Comment:

 Carla,  blocker means it would block shipment.  This does not quite fit
 that criteria. So Kim is correct in lowering its priority.  But we don't
 really have an intermediate priority right now about bugs that are very
 serious, but may ship with anyway, but should really fix if at all
 possible.  I'm moving this back to blocker to keep us focused on fixing
 it; it is a grave usability problem when it occurs, and one form of it is
 easy to reproduce (move your finger from the tablet side to the central
 touch sensor, and the cursor may
 jump wildly).

 David, we now believe many of the the problems (cursor jumping, some other
 very odd behavior) to be a locking problem in the Linux kernel, rather
 than the EC code.
