 Correct. OLPC is currently not compliant with GPL 2. Actually this means
 the license is lost, but I'd be shocked if anybody wouldn't forgive past
 transgressions. You really do have just two options:

 a. ship the source

 b. ship a written offer

 Stuff left on web sites won't do for GPLv2. See the GPL FAQ if this comes
 as a shock to anybody.
