 I posted the logic to determine the Journal icon in #4291. By that spec
 there will be no distinction between a normal Write instance (which saves
 to odt) and an object exported to .doc and .pdf. On the long term we might
 want to use a badge there but for 1.0 it will be much more practical to
 just add the format name in the entry title. "Whales (Doc)" for example.
