 Per discussion with Eben I think this is the logic we should use to
 determine which icon to display for a journal item:

  1. Use the icon of the activity which is going to open the object by
 default.
  2. If there is no activity installed which can handle the mime type
 display the specific format icon from the system mime types definition.

 The current logic which map concrete mime types to generic object types
 (Text, Image, Audio) should be used only in the Journal filters.
