 We'd get better feedback from manual testers if we gave them a single
 button or script they could use to painlessly submit complete logs and
 system info. This has a client-side and a server-side component.

 The major design tradeoff is "do we build it ourself, in a hurry, today",
 or "do we research existing solutions and try to find one to adopt"?

 I lean toward the "build it ourselves, today" approach.
