Comment:

 It sounds like the consensus is that  ctrl-esc should "stop" an activity.
 I think we should also make ctrl-Q have the same action by FRS.  since we
 follow a single-window fullscreen-activity instance model, The case can be
 made for supporting ctrl-W as well, but I don't think we need 3 keys to do
 the same thing.  Let's ignore ctrl-W for now.

 As an aside, I would support the idea of making a single press of the
 escape key (no modifiers) jump "out of fullscreen" by returning to Home
 from the current activity.  That, of course, doubles the function of the
 Home key itself, but it is easier to hit and makes sense in the normal
 models for "backing out" of the current context.
