 'Keep As' needs to create a new instance in the journal, with a new icon
 type will show up to reflect this extension, the detail may also have to
 include the extension, and this will get a new activity ID.

 For FRS we need this just for Write. When this task is implemented for
 Write, then please downgrade and put in 'future release' for implementing
 it generically.
