Comment:

 Simon - I'm giving this one to you and copying marco. Marco can probably
 supply the info/code for the control panel command line.

 This one does NOT have to be done for FRS... moving it out to 1.1. It is
 no longer a blocker since the laptops do NOT become MPPs automatically.
