 Problem: /home/olpc/Library/literature/index.html does not link to the
 file aesops-fables.pdf

 Workaround: access the item via Browse to URL
 file:///home/olpc/Library/literature/ click on aesops-fables.pdf, wait for
 it to move to the left border, close Browse, mouse-over on the left border
 icon that represents that document, click on open, and the Reader activity
 will be launched to display it.

 Opinion: either the PDF file should not be there, or the index.html should
 link to it.

 Versions: OS Build 616, B4.
