 When starting an activity fails (or just takes too long because I
 accidentally clicked the activity icon), the pulsing icon in the home view
 shows a "Starting..." menu. This menu should have an "Abort" entry - both
 to abort an accidental start and to get rid of a failed one that wouldn't
 go away.
