 Build 616, q2c28i

 I used olpc-upgrade 616 (from 612) on 8 machines, 3 of them got through
 the upgrade, and then can't boot past the point where they list the OFW
 version, Type a key to interrupt... (plus a few more lines) and then ends
 with:

 Can't open boot device
 OK

 Scott is hoping this is fixed with a fix for #4184. But I need a
 workaround asap.
