Comment(by dilinger):

 Alright, selinux_bprm_set_security is called from prepare_binprm (through
 an inline).  However, cap_bprm_set_security is called regardless of
 whether selinux is enabled or not.  It's still worth disabling (since
 we're not using it), though.
