Comment:

 Some facts:

The wireless infrastructure at 1CC is part of the Media Lab's wireless
 network (essid "media lab 802.l1").

As in every other semi-public network, DHCP lease durations have to be
 kept short.
The peak use of ML's network is observed during sponsor week (which
happened to be last week). It also happens to be the one week that
whatever issues arise, tend to be dealt very quickly.

Given that the crowds were at the lab on Tue-Thu, I tend to believe that
the probability that we ended up with no DHCP addresses on Friday is very
 close to zero.

What we did change on our end towards the end of the week, is the suspend
testing and there is one issue with the AP used that might be causing
 traffic storms.

The same issue could also be the cause of the "unwanted" wakeups.

As far as I am concerned, the only reason for having that ticket, is the
fact that I observed hung firmware in 1CC on Friday, something that I
haven't seen for a long time and a good reason to sound a loud alarm at
 Marvell.
