 I just checked and only 2 are B4's.  However, on my pre-C1 it works and on
 a C1 I found in the lab it also works.  So I'm going to conclude that the
 RC timing on the RESET# line may still not be valid given the tolerance of
 the components on a warm reset.

 Since new EC firmware does not assert this line and cold power up appears
 to work.  I think we should just mark this as "won't fix."  If any
 upgrades using q2c28i or greater fail to restart then we can reopen this.
