Comment:

 This is a regression that needs attention. Build 616:

 Steps to reproduce:
  * open abiword, type www.laptop.org
  * highlight the text and hit CTL-C; a clipboard item is created
  * open chat and browse
  * click on the url window, the google search box, or the chat text box
 and type CTL-V; nothing happens

 If you open another Abiword doc, you can use CTL-V to paste text there;
 but this is the only place it seems to work. You also can't drag the
 clipboard item onto anything except another abiword doc.

 I also tried the reverse, copy and paste from the web to abi. That works.
 But today you can't paste into a chat window or into a browser window.
