 Just did some survey on Chinese and Japanese news web page. For
 news.google.com.tw, there are about 1.8K different characters out of total
 ~22K in text mode while it's about 1.5K out of ~22K for news.google.com.cn
 and about 1K out of ~22K for news.google.co.jp. (Latin included)

 Also checking on Yahoo news: tw.news.yahoo.com only provides headlines,
 there are about 1K characters out of ~3.1K content. As to
 www.yahoo.co.jp/r/{he,we,sp,qu,msj}, there are around 1.1K out of 21.6K
 content.

 So as usually there are at least two sizes font used for contect, it's
 probably around 3~4K glyphs cache needed I think, considering bold face is
 only used for titles and italy is seldom used.
