 616 q2c28 B4.
 Looks good.

 The first ~20-40 Keeps take ~2 seconds each.
 Then things get bad #3614, quickly.

 A 1200 byte file had the same early Keep time as a 120 byte file, and hit
 the wall after the same 40 Keeps.
 So the symptoms of this ticket, an early onset, relatively short, size
 dependent delay, appears to be resolved.
 Leaving a separate and more serious problem which only appears after 10x
 more Keep presses.
