Comment:

 The XO is connected to an AP and also trying to connect(blinking) to
 channel 11. The Donut is surrounded by both(3 including the battery).

 I believe it happens when you click many circles simultaneously(or click a
 second before the first completes its action). I think channel11 was still
 blinking when i clicked the AP

 The connectivity tests show a good connection to an AP. Its is probably a
 UI bug

 It has happened several times, and also reported in 4115(Assigned for
 network manager)
