 616 q2c28 B4.

 If Measure is running when Record is started, the screen remains gray for
 a couple of seconds, and then the camera image appears.  Switch back to
 Measure, and it is working.  Switch back to Record, and no camera image
 appears, until you change modes, and then they do.

 If Record is running when Measure is started, its green line never
 appears.  Unless you click twice on "Click for Frequency base", which gets
 you a green line, grid, a much more slowly flickering cursor, and a more
 sluggish than usual input response time (other times completely
 unresponsive).
