 I'm having trouble figuring out what can be wrong there.

 There are no errors in the logs? Can you run sugar with debugging
 activated and upload the journal and datastore logs?

 Can you come up with a more simple test case? If not, can you take some
 screenshots with alt-1 and upload those to this ticket with Browse?
