Comment:

 Any issues seen when no route to the Internet is available can't possibly
 be Gabble issues, since Gabble isn't used in that case. You can fake mesh-
 only connectivity in jhbuild by running:

 {{{
 PRESENCE_SERVICE_DEBUG=disable-gabble ./sugar-jhbuild run
 }}}

 which will use Salut for collaboration.

 Note that XO OS images might still be targeting Trial-3, so they're likely
 to have older versions of Gabble and Salut than jhbuild.

 Guillaume: is Salut expected to fragment large messages correctly in
 Trial-3? In jhbuild?
