Comment:

 Record was designed to record and let you review what you just recorded.
 Sort of like a digital camera.

 It is not designed to playback other video clips and media in any number
 of codecs and formats and sizes.

 If there is a way to assign an additional mime-type to videos and pictures
 taken with Record flagging them as re-openable in Record, that might be a
 good idea (x-recd?).  If we were to do this, then we would probably also
 want a way to re-open the activity session that created that media when we
 open that media... but that wouldn't be required, but would be nice.  Not
 sure how I would do that in sugar.
