 Build 613.
 For the next person scanning this ticket, I summarize that hex WEP keys
 need to be prefixed with "$:" (not "$").  As in "$:ABCDEF12".

 I note that several people on irc have mentioned having "regressions", now
 being unable to connect to their AP's.  That, plus no one mentioning this
 prefix as a possibility, plus this ticket, (plus searching trac seeming
 less useful that it sometimes is, as I at least hit a lot of masking
 clutter), suggests the change needs raised visibility.
