 The log isn't sufficient information. Please always attach
 presenceservice.log, and preferrably logs from both XOs.

 When running on Salut, we may want telepathy-salut logs, obtainable with
 SALUT_DEBUG=ALL - may get quite large though but worth saving if weird
 things happen.

 Note that Salut's protocol at the moment is suboptimal, and a significant
 (backwards-incompatible) revision to the protocol will land by FRS.
 Problems in the current protocol include #2463, #3294, #3338.
