 Steps to reproduce:

 1) In the tools , select the color as Yellow
 2) Set the width to 20
 3) Using pensil , draw some picture
 4) Using brush draw some picture
 5) Using polygon, draw polygon

 Expected result: Brush, Pensil and Polygon should draw with the same width
 20

 Actual result: Brush and Pensil draws with the width of 20 but polygon
 draws a very thin line.
