 All the machines this was seen on were
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/B4_Suspend_ECR modified to have C2 circuitry].
 If testing for this bug using a B4/C1 laptop, other problems (such as
 #1835) are likely to dominate, obscuring the search for this condition.
