 From OFW, to the Linux console system, to the X Window System.

 in the main wiki has been updated to reflect what is needed.

 * #3985 is about the OFW support for this.
 * #4118 is about the X support (really distribution work) to take
 advantage of the new information
 * #4119 is the Linux console support, which we'll reuse the layout KL flag
 to help select the default Linux console mapping.
 * #4120 is to ensure the update to the manufacturing process.

 Note that the only absolute blockers for MP are OFW and the manufacturing
 process bugs; the Linux and X support, while desirable for FRS, and not
 blockers.
