 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Manufacturing_Data] has been updated with a
 design for a new "KA", "KM", "KL", "KV",  manufacturing data tags that are
 the basis for solving this problem.

 OFW will use the KA data for its own use.  The KM, KL, and KV tags
 translate directly to Xkb layout to use.
