 The Wiki page http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Manufacturing_Data has been
 updated with information specifying the keyboard code tags and value sets.

 It remains to get Quanta to put the new data in the SPI FLASH, to get
 Linux to use it, and to release an OFW that uses the KA tag.
