 Please no! We went through this already. The frame got in the way more
 often than not. Because of the tiny screen, the frame toggle key works
 much better than any of the mouse-based activation methods. The corner
 activation is just tolerable, edge-activation not. Maybe for dragging
 edge-activation is acceptable, though that interferes with auto-scroll in
 larger-than-screen activities.
