Comment(by Eben):

 Updated spec...

'''Initiation:''' When a download link is clicked, we should show an alert
with the following properties. The (3) in perens indicates that this is a
timed dialog, with the Continue button being selected implicitly after 3
 seconds.

  - Title: "Download started"
  - Description: "<file being downloaded> (<size of file>)"
  - Buttons: [Cancel, Continue (3)]

'''Completion:''' When a download link is clicked, we should show an alert
with the following properties. I don't think this one should go away
automatically, since you might not be in the activity when it shows up.
 Thoughts?

  - Title: "Download completed"
  - Description: "<file downloaded> (<size of file>)"
  - Buttons: [Open, Show, OK]

The OK button simply dismisses the alert. The Show button will reveal the
item in the Journal, such that it could be tagged, renamed, opened, or
shared. The Open button would open the file immediately, with the default
activity. I'm not sure if Rainbow will actually allow this action.
Clicking open would transition to Home to reveal the activity launching.
