 The default icon will cover step 3, and needs to be implemented.  I assume
 step 1 is already implemented (it is for activity bundles, but I haven't
 seen library bundles that have custom icons yet.  I don't think we need
 default icons for activity bundles as mentioned in step 2 because every
 activity bundle is required to have an icon.  The only remaining edge case
 is a generic "library bundle" icon, since I don't believe the icons are
 required there.  We can fall back to the generic bundle icon in the short
 term, but it would be better to have a generic library bundle icon as
 well.

 The only action item until I come up with another icon is the one you
 mentioned: the generic bundle icon.
