Comment:

 Actually, the systems refusal to update an existing activity when I try to
 install a new one has been quite frustrating to me.  It seems like we
 should simply do an overwrite of the older version (probably after asking
 for confirmation) when this happens.  I think, true to the Journal, this
 would create a new entry but leave the old one.  In the future, attempting
 to open (directly) the old version will provide an alert asking if the
 user wants to install the older version (essentially, revert the newer
 install).

 And yes, the management of the activities tray should allow permanent
 changes.
