just in the sugar.presence.activity debug messages? If the latter, I think
you've been misled - I think the fact that it stopped working was probably
unrelated.
You are right: I saw the change in my activity's own logfile, but prefixed
by sugar.presence.activity, at the same time that my activity stopped
working. There was no change in the UI other than the failure to
function. Your diagnosis sounds entirely reasonable, although putting
debug messages into unrelated activities' logfiles is a pretty strange
design.
I still suspect a Telepathy bug is responsible for my activity failure,
but that is a topic for another bug.
