 Ah, the Keyboard Shortcuts wiki page
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Keyboard_Shortcuts] says that in q2c28, X game
 key switches on/off the security system, and Check button boots with text.

 Today m_stone showed me how to turn on security (rainbow), and on the
 following boots, pretty boot appeares by default.
 Unfortunately, I can't test this further (like seeing if the check game
 key booted with text), as I reinstalled the build (by accident I left a
 USB key inserted with an auto-install ready) which behaves like the ticket
 says.
