 Turns out the record app (or something on the XO) saves audio
 only files as *.ogg. However, they are NOT ogg files, they
 are WAV files. If you rename the file to *.wav and play
 it, it plays fine.

 This assumes you have built audplin.so (which is what plays
 .wav files).

 So, we need to add that audplin.so file to the W&L activity.
 We need to test this however, there *may* be another .so that
 is needed to play back WAV files. You can test that with your
 splay. Then, we need to tell them not to rename them to .ogg
 but leave it as .wav.

 I have the required codecs built.  The build target produced about 10 or
 so shared object files so i still need to sort out which ones are required
 for playback of wav files.
