 From the logs this is not the same as the debug you initially reported.
 The datastore seem to break at some point because of usb errors. I managed
 to reproduce something similar this morning, by stress testing usb.

 The other issue I see in your profile is that you have huge indexes, but
 little entries. I think we might be leaking metadata when we delete. It
 should be easy to verify by creating several journal items, deleting all
 of them and see how big .sugar/default/datastore is at that point.
