 I don't know what the star besides each file is for in the Journal.
 With Paint files, if the start is selected, the preview becomes blank and
 if you resume the activity is blank too.

 With Chat and Write, after selecting the star, the preview is gone, but
 when resume the content is there.

 I didn't try with the other activities
