 Adding a note to the dialog seems effective and low-risk.

 Now that we talk about it, I think we should take in account that the key
 dialog doesn't follow any spec, and that we would better spend efforts in
 implementing the definitive solution.

 I think Eben is thinking about having the key entered in a text field in
 the ap icon's palette.
